Jaime Schwartz MS,RD, The Portable Nutritionist, is a Registered Dietitian with
a Master’s Degree in Nutrition. After completing
her education, Jaime worked in the Consumer Packaged
Goods industry for both small and large food companies.
She provided nutrition guidance for new product
development and marketing efforts, identified nutrition
opportunities for positioning, and provided support
for nutrition strategy development.
She
currently works in Public Relations, developing
client programs
and strategic planning for food and beverage
accounts, and contributes guidance for global nutrition
strategy.
In addition to these roles, Jaime has developed an expertise in the area of “portable nutrition”
from her research, which has been published and
presented internationally. She is very active in the American Dietetic Association on a national and state level
and is involved in many Dietetic Practice Groups
(DPGs). Jaime lives in New York City, where she
enjoys running, yoga, writing, and spending time
with family and friends. |
