If you’re a busy person who is always eating on-the-go, there are a few tidbits of information I want you to know to ensure you are making the most nutritious choices. I have divided this information into four categories:

Don’t be intimidated, this isn’t Nutrition 101, it’s just the basics. You can also apply some of what you’ll learn here for when you’re dining out or preparing your own meals and snacks. But the focus here, of course, is for the instances when you ‘grab and go’ your portable nutrition and don’t have the time to sit and eat.
